Bungie announced at the end of October, that the first DLC for Destiny 2, Curse of Osiris, would be ready starting December 5th. Now, Bongie has deliberated in details of how the release will work. Gamers can start preloading the expansion starting at 8 AM PST on December 5th. Xbox 1 users will require a 44 GB free space, while PS4 users will need 88 GB. PC users require something like 68 GB. You can follow @BungieHelp on Twitter for updates, including on downtime and the actual release time of Curse of Osiris.
The Bungie team also released a weapons and armor preview, for those who were disappointed that a look at the new gear was cancelled. You can take a look at the powerful weapons and new emotes.
Bungie chose not to do a Curse of Osiris live-stream in the face of the disapproval it's received from its user base. Gamers who have been engaged in Destiny 2 found that there was not quite enough to do, and there are hitches with the experience points system.
