Skyrim is now the first third-party game to enable video capture on the Nintendo Switch.

Skyrim is now the first third-party game to enable video capture on Nintendo Switch.
A cover for the game, which is referred to as Update 1.1, included the new functionality on Nov. 16. Now players can use the Switch’s Capture button to capture and make a video clip of their game while playing. Bethesda announced no formal statement, but talked about the feature on its development blog.
Skyrim as joined many other Nintendo first-party games in adding video capture feature. Those include The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Mario Kart 8Deluxe, Arms and Splatoon 2.
The video capture feature itself is somewhat new. It was added to the console in the October update, referred to as 4.0.0. When users press and hold the capture button on the left Joy-Con, the Switch will capture the last 30 seconds of game-play and save it to the system’s album. Videos can also be trimmed and posted to social medias right from the console

Skyrim landed on the Nintendo Switch today, and to this point the buzz is excellent.
